With the heightened anxiety and stress on communities due to COVID-19 and Systemic Racism, mental health experts might see an exacerbation of symptoms in adults and children.

These sessions will help build resilience and support others by recognizing and managing stress. Featured experts include Dr. LaWanda Hill, Ph.D. from Stanford University, Dr. Willie Mae Lewis, Ph.D. from the Imani Health Initiative, and Paige Cryer M.A. LPC from Heritage Behavioral Health Consultants.
